Volunteer with your local st. Vincent de Paul society conference or Thrift Store.

You may be single or married. You may be working, retired or a college student. Consider how you might share your time and talent to support neighbors in need in your community. To learn more and get involved, contact the St. Vincent de Paul Society conference near you (refer to the Contact Us page).

A few notes about involvement: Volunteers generally contribute time and talent as their schedules permit and based on needs of the conference. Volunteers who wish to be involved at a deeper level are invited to consider joining their local St. Vincent de Paul Society as members. As members, individuals contribute time and talent, but also commit to attending twice monthly meetings and "journey together towards holiness," that is part of the spirituality of St. Vincent de Paul conferences across the U.S. and abroad.

Whether you are a member of a Catholic parish or not, consider how, working together, we can ease the burden of vulnerable populations and help neighbors on the path to self-sufficiency.
